We were asked to develop a new concept for the online format ‚Amazon Answers'.
Our goal was to create an informative, authentic, flexible and of course visually appealing format, wich is easy to produce, so the company can quickly react on customers questions.
Within various episodes the sympathetic blogger and student of digital communication & online journalism Cherifa Akili is asking Amazon from the customers point of view. Her dialog partner - one of Amazon employees (depending on the topic) gives exciting insights about the company and answers her questions.
